Micralyne Inc. seeks restructuring of debt load

Micralyne Inc., thea highly-regarded Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) manufacturer and developer on Edmonton's South Side, officially announced on March 8, 2012 to its suppliers that it is "pursuing restructuring with its creditors." Micralyne has about 160 employees.
